Seen in Stockport

Black and white photo of new tower block and railway viaduct

Randoms from a recent cycle trip

There has been some redevelopment in Stockport which still appears to be on-going. This tall building has a strangely antiquated appearance and at one point I couldn’t remember if it was a new construction or an old 1970s tower block that was being overhauled? One thing is for sure, the people living on the 8th floor and above facing due south, will have an epic view of activity on the viaduct and the south Manchester conurbations and Cheshire plains beyond.
