A dreamy day in deep Cheshire
Re working yet more older photos. This time we return to one of my favorite Cheshire locations – in general. Jodrell Bank, Chelford, Peover and lower Withington, crystalized memories of a beautifully satisfying and productive day out during the late summer of 2021. It was one of those comfortably warm and still days that has an almost indefinable aura of calm and quiescence. It was also a full day out on the bike with a lunch break at the Dog Inn at Peover after a very successful few minutes photographing railway activity in the Chelford area.
The image above has been subjected to some of my artistic treatments including a paper texture layer and a modest HDR lift.

Scotts Pines
A nice stand of Scotts pines near Jodrell Bank – I think I was heading off down to Goostrey at this stage where more well circulated pictures were taken possibly also involving yet more railway related photos.
