A summer day in the fields of the Bollin Valley Way near Prestbury – transformed with HDR – well it was a moody day with gathering storm clouds. Conditions that I tend to enjoy in pictures. This is part of the Bollin Valley Way – a designated country path and conservation area that runs from Prestbury to Macclesfield in Cheshire and this is also part of the designated flood plain of the river Bollin. I have seen this whole area turned into a giant lake on two occasions with water up to four feet deep covering the whole of the field.
